CAHR extends its appreciation to the nearly 650 individuals that participated in CAHR 2025, the 34th Annual Canadian Conference on HIV/AIDS Research. The Conference was a great success and CAHR extends its thanks to all participants, sponsors and the Scientific Committee who worked tirelessly to put together an excellent program.

Each year CAHR offers New Investigator Awards which are awarded to the best oral abstract presentations. These $1,000 awards are bestowed based not only on the excellence of the research but also on the presentation skills of the author. The CAHR 2025 winners are:

In-App Gamification
All participants who accumulated points in the conference app were entered into a draw to win a gift card. Two winners were randomly selected. Congratulations to Courtney Stolzand Kimora Lee Harris-Taylor, who each won a $50 Amazon gift card.

Chaque année, l'ACRV décerne des Prix pour les nouveaux chercheurs aux meilleures présentations orales d'abrégés. Ces prix de 1 000 $ sont attribués non uniquement en fonction de l'excellence de la recherche, mais aussi pour les talents du présentateur. Voici les lauréats 2025 de l'ACRV :

Le concours de l’ACRV
Tous les participants ayant accumulé des points dans le cadre du concours de l’ACRV ont été inscrits à un tirage pour courir la chance de gagner une carte-cadeau.
