ART OPPS
ATTENTION INTERESTED ARTISTS:
Applications for the 51st Annual ESAC Outdoor Art Show will go live on ZAPPlication.org AUGUST 1ST.

DETAILS: MARCH 17 - 19, 2023 @ 10am-5pm each day

The OUTDOOR ART SHOW is located on the grounds of the Eastern Shore Art Center and the surrounding downtown area of Fairhope, Alabama on Oak and Section Streets. It is within walking distance to Mobile Bay, many specialty shops and restaurants. This is a cultural and social highlight for the Gulf Coast and attracts more than 250,000 visitors!

The art show has included prestigious, international and regional fine artists for the past 50 years. This year, Eastern Shore Art Center will accept an exclusive selection of renowned artists and cutting-edge newcomers to attract the most respected art dealers, collectors, interior designers and art enthusiasts.
To help combat hunger and to assist Love All Pantry at Central, the organization will be hosting their annual fundraising event, Art Soup, Nov 11, 2022, 6-9 pm (during LODA ArtWalk). It will be on Joachim Street in Downtown Mobile, Alabama.

They are asking for support and participation in this benefit if you would like to create and donate a bowl(s)*. Last year 400 bowls were available for our ticket holders. Each ticket holder will select a bowl to keep, and we’d love one of those to be yours!

Your bowl will provide meals in the upcoming year for those who need it most. Love All Pantry serves more than 1200 families every month and they hope you will consider helping make this event a SUCCESS.

Deadline for Bowls: November 1, 2022

For more information, please contact:
Gayle Alexander

Bowls can be brought to Central Presbyterian or to Tony Wright at the University of South Alabama Ceramics Dept., or we can pick them up from you.

** Don’t have time to make bowls from start to firing? Tony Wright invites you to visit his class for an hour and throw bowls as a demo. He’ll make sure they get glazed and fired!
