ARE YOU PREPARED FOR THE SURGE IN GOVERNMENT FUNDS COMING TO MICHIGAN?

Join the Construction Association of Michigan, in partnership with Calderone Advisory Group, as we usher in a golden era of construction right here in Michigan. This session is designed to equip Michigan's construction industry leaders and enthusiasts with the insights and strategies needed to navigate the plethora of opportunities on the horizon.

Learning topics include: the argument for conversion of office space to hotels in Detroit; strategizing against the potential risks and obstacles in the America 2.0 buildout; an overview of government stimulus programs such as the U.S. Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill, the Inflation Reduction Act, and the CHIPS and Science Act. “The official estimates would tell you that there’s probably a trillion-and-a-half dollars, at least, of government stimulus that is going to flow primarily into the construction industry as a result of these bills,” Calderone said. Are you prepared to seize this one-in-a-lifetime opportunity to grow and thrive?
