Ladies Adios Crew, one of the top influential Female Dance Crews within the underground hip hop community, identified CAMBA's Broadway House women's shelter as the program they wanted to sponsor and raise money for. The six-member group cited the impact the shelter has had on many women in the Bushwick, Brooklyn area.
Ladies Adios holds an annual fundraiser called A JAM CALLED TRIBE which rallies 200+ guests and creates an epic event. Proceeds from this year's September 21st event raised $1,200, half of which was donated to Broadway House for move-out kits and supplies for the women as they move into permanent housing. In the past, Ladies Adios raised money for Puerto Rico's Hurricane relief.
Gracias to the Ladies Adios Crew!
