Apr 4Seen here receiving a blessing from the Nfon of Kumba, Paramount Chief of the Bafaw Tribe @s_nfon !

Rt. Honourable (British spelling) Andrew Mitchell: Member of the British Parliament since 2001, and United Kingdom's Minister of State in the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office responsible for Development and Africa.

His Royal Majesty IV, Ekoko Ekoko is the Chairman of the United Bank of Africa, Congo. He had served Chairman of the United Bank of Africa, Cameroon for 13 years.

He also the Vice President of the Cameroon Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines & Crafts, an elected position he has held for four terms running since 2003. He has served in a host of Committees in Cameroon and abroad on behalf of the Cameroon's Private Sector.

His Royal Majesty is a Director at African Atlantic International Maritime Ltd, Cameroon. In January 2022, he also became a Director of Australian Canyon Resources Limited’s wholly owned subsidiary CAMALCO CAMEROON S.A.

He is the Government Public Relations Director at Gaz du Cameroun (GDC) as well as the Senior Adviser to GLOBELEQ Cameroun (Kribi & Dibamba Power Plants).

He is credited with being one of those who pioneered the growth of the SPECTRUM GROUP (Owners of the TV/Media Group STV, as well as Broadband Telecom; the local Shareholder of MTN Cameroon) for over 20 years; from the days when he served as Head of TV Program Acquisition, and later as Group Marketing Director, to his last position as Group General Manager.

His Royal Majesty Mukete IV, Ekoko holds other directorship positions, and as a patron of organizations.

His Royal Majesty Mukete IV, Ekoko brings an enriching combination of extensive expertise in the private sector, keen insights on public policy, astuteness in global diplomacy, traditional authority, authenticity, and legitimacy in the global arena.

His presence and presentations would be culturally profound and succinctly aligned with the purpose of the Summit that is centered on transnationalism enabled by unbroken cultural ties to Cameroon and Africa, and also outreach to the Historical Black World - those whose accentors were enslaved and may not know a specific home in Africa. They are embraced! by His Royal, Majesty and wife, Queen Nadya.

Culture and Identity are ‘social homes’ away from home where Diasporas reside in a socio-cultural context to maintain unbroken ties with their countries of origin.

(1619-2019), 400 years after slavery and beyond.  The Nfon’s Palace will serve as a connecting bridge. It is a model of indigenous cooperation that fosters cultural exchange, heritage and ecotourism, and international partnerships after the tragedy of slavery and colonialism. It would be the first of its kind in Cameroon.
