For the first time, Canal Street will play host to our usual 1st Saturday activities as well as the Chamber of Commerce's Business Expo and Home Show on the same day.
It’s the 12th Annual Business Expo & Home Show! This year's theme is “Fair/Carnival.” This is a fantastic opportunity for vendors to line Canal Street and showcase their business. This annual event draws people from all over. With fun things to do with the whole family! More Information
SIP & STROLL - GALLERY WALK
ART STROLL & GALLERY WALK
The Canal Street area is the place to be on 1st Saturdays. Start your morning at the Farmer's Market in the park. After you've picked up what you need for dinner, join us on Canal for the Art and Artisan Stroll.

ART STROLL: For 1st Saturday in February our Art and Artisan vendors will be among the Business Expo and Home Show vendors. RhythmWorks Band will pace your stroll, performing outside The Hub between 11am and 1pm. 

GALLERY WALK: If art is your thing, you won't want to miss Gallery Walk between 4pm and 7pm. Our galleries offer something for everyone.
February 5, 2022 - Sample craft beers and unique wines as you stroll through the Canal Street Historic District from 1-6pm.
TICKET PURCHASES
Tickets are $25 – Includes: A Canal Street souvenir glass and 12 sampling tickets can be redeemed at 9 locations in the district. A self-guided map is provided. The walk is held on the first Saturday of each month. Purchase your tickets online (link below) up until 1pm on the day of the event. You'll register and pick up your tickets at the locations below starting at 1pm. You may also make in-person purchases starting at that time.

Canal Street Classic Cruise Car Show

Every month on the second Saturday. Open to all, there's a DJ and plenty of shops open for food and drinks. Cruisers usually start arriving around 3:00 pm. At 4:00 pm the streets are blocked off to through traffic and the show begins. Expect to see anywhere from 200 to over 500 of the finest custom cars, trucks, and motorcycles you'll find in Florida.

CANAL STREET NIGHTS - Join us on the third Thursday of every month (except July-September) for a fun-filled evening. We will have expanded streetside dining, vendors, special hours for businesses, kid’s zone, and specialty food vendors.

Dining, Shopping, Strolling and falling in love with the locals' downtown.
Sponsored by the City of New Smyrna Beach and located at Old Fort Park and Canal Street this two-day event will feature artisans and crafters demonstrating and selling their wares. Also, enjoy live musical entertainment and food. Saturday will also include The Hub on Canal’s 5th Annual Chalk It Up!
5TH Annual CHALK IT UP! Sidewalk Art Competition
February 26, 2022 - 9am-3pm
The Hub on Canal 5th Annual Chalk It Up! Sidewalk Chalk Art Competition will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022, 9am to 3pm along Canal Street in New Smyrna Beach in conjunction with the Utilities Commission of New Smyrna Beach, the Canal Street Historic District, Art Fiesta and the City of New Smyrna Beach.

The first 50 registered artists will receive free chalk packs! Sidewalk spaces will be assigned on a first registered, first-served basis.
Pre-registration is free online through 6 pm, Wednesday, February 23.
