This Women's History Month, Valero helped sponsor the Junior Achievement SHE Leads STEM Summit. This summit celebrated the power of female leadership within STEM fields and helped participants with increased career knowledge and building their professional network.

The Valero Benicia Refinery Donates PE Equipment to Benicia Middle School

The Valero Benicia Refinery recently donated equipment to Benicia Middle School to help students stay active during inclement weather. This included "plyo" boxes and rock climbing equipment.

Valero Benicia Refinery Supports Fiestas Primavera

Valero assisted in sponsoring Benicia’s first ever Fiestas Primavera event. This event is a Mexican and Latino Indigenous tradition in celebration of spring. It featured Latino and Indigenous vendors and artwork on display and had live music including the Benicia High School marching band and color guard.

Valero Benicia Refinery Provides Swimming Scholarships

Valero Benicia Refinery and Benicia's Drowning Prevention Foundation will provide swimming scholarships in collaboration with the City of Benicia’s Park & Rec. department. These scholarships will go toward supporting swim lessons for Benicians.
