Benicia Refinery Community Advisory Panel (CAP) Releases 2024 Annual Report

The CAP is an advisory group to Benicia Refinery management and seeks to represent the majority of concerns and opinions of Benicia residents as it pertains to the Refinery's operations. The CAP met six times in 2024 and received updates and presentations from refinery management about different aspects and incidents related to the refinery.

Valero Benicia Refinery and Benicia Fire Department Conduct Joint Fire Training Session

Valero Benicia Refinery is happy to have conducted another joint fire training session with the Benicia Fire Department. Conducted on site, this training reinforced critical tactics, teamwork, and decision-making under fire conditions.


This live fire training underscores our commitment to excellence and safety, ensuring our team is always prepared to protect and serve our community.

Valero Helps the Vacaville Neighborhood Boys & Girls Club Achieve Their $5M Campaign Goal

The Vacaville Neighborhood Boys & Girls Club thanked Valero for our support and $500,000 contribution towards their $5M campaign goal for their Building Brighter Futures program. We are proud to support the construction of their new Clubhouse.

Valero Volunteers Participate in Crab Feed Fundraiser

Volunteers from the Valero Benicia Refinery had a great time participating in the Benicia Lions Club's Crab Feed Fundraiser, serving crab, pasta, salad and drinks to patrons.

The Valero Benicia Refinery is honored to have received the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano's 2024 Meal Maker Champion Award.
