2027 Budget Development

Good morning,


The 2027 Developmental Budget is now open for input, with CAPEX/Reserves/CIF Budget request form available starting today, June 1, and due by June 30th.


What qualifies for CAPEX/Reserves/CIF request?

These requests must pertain to items or projects costing $5,000 or more, and they should provide value for a minimum of three years. Your requests should represent long-term investments aimed at enhancing, replacing, or establishing new community assets, which may include equipment, furnishings, or infrastructure.

Please note that routine maintenance, small purchases under $5,000, or items with a short lifespan do not qualify as CAPEX requests.


Who can submit a CAPEX/reserves/CIF request form?

These forms are intended for staff, clubs, and residents alike, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity and community involvement.


We encourage all residents to review the 2027 Developmental Budget Timeline and participate in our public meetings. Your involvement is crucial in ensuring transparency and collaboration between staff, the Finance Committee, and board members as we work together to develop a cohesive and sound budget for 2027.
