CAPRA Pilot Award Funding in the field of AD/ADRD

Pilot award funding for early and established investigators in the field of Alzheimer's Disease and Alzheimer's Disease Related Dementias (AD/ADRD). The CAPRA Pilot Core is seeking novel, population-based pilot projects that aim to reduce the health and financial burden of dementia and improve government and healthcare organization policy.

HEADS Call for 2023-24 Pilot Project Proposals

The Hopkins’ Economics of Alzheimer’s Disease & Services Center stimulates and brings together population-based research that identifies, quantifies, and addresses economic- and care systems-related challenges posed by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. The HEADS Center expects to competitively award up to $200,000 in pilot awards, with funds up to $50,000 per grant available, based on the innovation and breadth of pilot scope in the coming 2023-2024 cycle. We are particularly interested in supporting promising post-doctoral fellows and junior faculty, but applicants may be of any rank from Johns Hopkins University and external institutions.
