Public Hearing to Consider Proposed Amendments to the Advanced Clean Trucks Regulation and the Zero-Emission Powertrain Certification Test Procedure
CARB will hold a public hearing on May 23, 2024 at 9:00AM PST to consider proposed amendments to the Advanced Clean Trucks (ACT) regulation and the Zero-Emission Powertrain Certification (ZEP Cert) test procedure. The hearing will be held at the California Environmental Protection Agency's Byron Sher Auditorium located at 1001 I Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. This public meeting may continue at 9:00AM PST on May 24, 2024. The public agenda will be posted ten days before the May 23, 2024 Board Meeting. The CRA team will share that out along with other meeting details, including registration for remote participation, once that information is available.
Public Agenda for the April 11, 2024, Joint California Transportation Commission, California Air Resources Board, and California Department of Housing and Community Development Meeting
The California Transportation Commission, the California Air Resources Board and the California Department of Housing and Community Development will conduct their next joint meeting on April 11 at 10:00AM PST. The meeting will be held in The Great Blue Heron Ballroom at the Sheraton Sonoma Wine Country Petaluma located at 745 Baywood Dr. Petaluma, CA 94954. Public input on regulatory and non-regulatory items presented to the Board are encouraged, please consult the Public Agenda to submit comments on Board Items.
