Inspector Packers are responsible to visually inspect finished products and verify package counts; tape boxes and manually transfer product to stacking areas; assemble flat cardboard into box shape for shipping products; perform quality checks at regular intervals and communicate concerns to other team members; follow standard operating procedures to start and stop machines; address minor equipment problems; and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

The Leola facility is located right on Rt 23 /Main St. on the bus route in Leola. The Lancaster facility is on Pitney Rd., just a short walk from the closest bus stop and the City of Lancaster. Currently we are running double overtime rate for our employees, we offer other incentives periodically throughout the year.
