Passed the Senate and needs passed in the House. According to Senator Toomey's staff, "since the House was in the negotiations, the summary

The COVID-19 Working Capital Access (CWCA) program will provide working capital financing for eligible small businesses that have been impacted by COVID-19 and have 100 or fewer full-time employees.
