New CARES Team at the Aurora-South Metro SBDC
From the Director, Marcia McGilley:
We would like to welcome a new group of one-on-one consultants and trainers to the Aurora-South Metro SBDC to add to our already great team. This group represents our CARES Team and they are here to assist you with advancing your business from where it was, to where it is going, during this time of “new normal” in the entrepreneurial world. Each consultant has an expertise that can assist you, and we hope you will be pleased with all the offerings we are bringing to you.
Jennifer Whitton-Trujillo – Jennifer is a business generalist with a deep expertise in marketing strategy and tactics, branding, digital marketing, messaging and business planning. She will be teaching our marketing webinars and has assisted over 500 small businesses in launching and growing. Jennifer is a Certified Colorado SBDC Network consultant.
Kelyn Lanier – Kelyn is a business generalist with a deep expertise in start-up, business planning, pricing and cost projection, buy/sell and market analysis. He is well versed in the minority business community and assists businesses in exploring if government sales or needing government certification is right for you. He will be teaching some of our webinars and has assisted over 400 small businesses in starting and growing. Kelyn is a Certified Colorado SBDC Network consultant.
Gary L. Gilliard – Gary is a business generalist with a deep expertise in banking and lending, financing sources, financial documents, business planning, inventory control and start-ups. He will be teaching some of our webinars and has assisted over 1,000 small- and medium-sized businesses in starting and growing. Gary is a Certified Colorado SBDC Network consultant.
Anthony Russo – Anthony established TradeHub International in 2005 as a hybrid service and trading company that offers education and training, market research and penetration strategies or door-to-door import/export services to companies in over 60 counties regardless of their size or industry. Anthony has combined his years of experience with small businesses, vast global network and proven process to mitigate risk and cut costs for companies looking to enter the global marketplace. He has worked with small businesses, manufacturing companies, government agencies, universities, chambers, industry associations and World Trade Centers across the globe. He holds a BA in Marketing and MBA in Business Administration from Charleston Southern University.

SIMPLE WEB PAGE RESOURCE DURING COVID-19: Students from Regis University are partnering with tech firm, PageDip, to help small businesses navigate communication challenges during the COVID-19 crisis. Small businesses can receive a FREE simple web page built by students and faculty from the School of Business and Computing. 
NEW: AUTOMATED PPP FORGIVENESS TOOL 
A new, free tool developed by the AICPA and biz2credit is designed to help borrowers and their CPA advisers complete the forgiveness application for Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans. The tool is available at www.PPPForgivenessTool.com . The tool incorporates the PPP forgiveness calculator developed by AICPA and is available to any business approved for a PPP loan, regardless of the lender it worked with to receive funding.
