Your collective efforts have not only ensured our continued growth but have also enhanced the trust our patients place in T.H.E. Health and Wellness Centers. I couldn't be prouder of what we've achieved together.

Patient Portal

We are excited to announce that we are launching a new promotion to encourage all our patients to sign up for and utilize our Patient Portal through the healow app. For patients, convenient access to their medical records, appointment scheduling, prescription refills, and secure communication with their healthcare providers empowers them to take control of their health journey.

Simultaneously, T.H.E. staff benefits from reduced administrative burdens, as digital record-keeping and appointment management improve efficiency, allowing us to focus more on patient care and less on paperwork. The Patient Portal facilitates seamless communication between patients and staff, enhancing overall care quality and ensuring a more satisfying healthcare experience for everyone involved.

It's That Time of Year Again!

Yes, Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) is upon us, and we should all remain focused on assisting our Medicare patients as best we can.

Here are a few helpful points to remember:

Medicare Annual Enrollment Period begins October 15^th – December 7^th.
Every Medicare patient has specific needs and should review their coverage options to ensure they have the right plan.
Medicare Advantage insurance coverage is offered by private health plans that offer additional benefits such as: Transportation, Grocery Allowance, Over the Counter Allowance, Gym membership, and Dental and Vision coverage.
T.H.E. works with JAR Insurance Services to assist our patients with a needs analysis and a one-on-one consultation.

Patients can ask questions or schedule a one-on-one review of their options with JAR certified agent Valentina Gatewood by calling (323) 300-2135.

Caring Starts Here in Lennox (Again)

It's official! The Lennox Health Center re-opened on July 31. In addition to primary medical care, chiropractic care is now being delivered to the community and comprehensive dental services return this month. T.H.E. continues to provide pediatric care to the community at Hawthorne. To check-out the Lennox Health Center, click on the video below from the ribbon cutting ceremony in June.

Employee Assistance Program

As a reminder, through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) you have access to licensed therapist in areas of stress, grief, emotional difficulties, financial counseling, and many more referral services. Our EAP provides up to three free face-to-face counseling sessions per household unit, per problem area, per year. All information is private, and T.H.E. is never made aware of the callers nor what is discussed.
