In light of the high holiday season, we have been thinking about the power of the sukkah hop and the positive impact it can have on a Jewish child in their youth to experience the warmth of a loving and welcoming sukkah. Yolly and I have heard that it has a very special way of engendering a feeling of a Sukkat Shalom in the world of Agudath Sholom and we are hoping to bring it to another level with great programming and participation this shabbos afternoon October 7. Each stop on the hop will generally last between ten and twenty minutes.
High School Sukkah Hop-Led by Yaakov Faratci
- Start: 4PM at the Lieberman sukkah, located at 426 Strawberry Hill Ave
- the Reicin sukkah
- Rabbi and Rebetzin Cohen's sukkah
- the Karsch sukkah
- the Jubas sukkah
- We will walk back together to the shul- 301 Strawberry Hill Ave- for 6:15 mincha
Middle School Sukkah Hop, Grades 5-8, on Overbook - Led by our Banot Sivan and Tal
- Start 4:15 PM at the Dayan sukkah located at 115 Overbook Drive. Parents are welcome to stay at the Dayans until the Hop is over
- the Cohen's sukkah
- the Siskovich sukkah
- Tina Notik's sukkah
- The kids will walk back to meet their parents at the Dayan sukkah at 6 PM- 115 Overbook Drive
Junior Congregation Sukkah Hop led by Yolly Faratci and accompanied by Ofir
- Start 4PM at the sukkah of Rabbi and Rebbetzin Cohen-located at 15 Revonah Circle
- the Haron sukkah
- the Chavkin sukkah
- the Daniel sukkah
- The final stop and pick up will be at roughly 6:15 @ the Goldman sukkah, located at 210 Fifth Street
Mini Minyan/Tot Shabbot Sukkah Hop led by Morah Irene and Morah Debby.
Parents must attend!
- Start CAS sukkah 4:00 PM
- the Gelb sukkah
- the Batkin\Greenberg Sukkah
- the Sigman sukkah
- The last stop, and pickup on the hop will be @5:55 PM at the Lerner sukkah, 46 Boxwood Drive

A light dinner will be served to all children attending.
