Greetings CASP,
Happy November! Power through the last few weeks of Fall Quarter and enjoy a nice relaxing break this holiday season. All of us on the CASP team are cheering you on and are here to support you! Come into our office for a nice study spot to prepare for your midterms or just to relax and enjoy some yummy snacks. Below we have listed some awesome activities and updates. We are open! Come by and say hello to our new office located on the 3rd floor of Center Hall (through Door E & F). We have free printing, a dry kitchen, and a study space open Mon - Fri from 9 am - 5 pm.

With the upcoming US election in November, the Restorative Justice Committee, Center for Student Involvement (CSI), and the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) are partnering to create discussion spaces for student voices. These spaces will be offered virtually and in-person and are designed for students to listen and learn from one another in a meaningful way.

Veterans Recognition Ceremony | |

π In-person at UC San Diego's Supercomputer Center Auditorium
The 25th Annual UC San Diego Veterans Staff Association, Veteran Recognition Ceremony will take place on November 7th to honor our veterans and members of the Armed Forces. The event is open to the public and light refreshments will be served immediately following the celebration. The theme of this year's ceremony is "Be the One: Supporting Veterans Mental Health - Ask, Listen, Reach Out."

Are you questioning your gender? Do you need a space to discuss your gender? Do you need a space to discuss your gender identity with others who may be going through the same thing? This group allows students to explore their thoughts and feelings related to their identity. Join this group to build community, share experiences, and get support while navigating the world outside the gender binary!
