-INCLUDE A VIDEO LINK OF YOU DANCING THOSE STYLES. (It doesn't have to be professional. If you don't have a partner, you can record a video as if you had one. DO NOT SEND ATTACHMENTS OF VIDEOS. Please upload your video to either Vimeo or YouTube.

- SEND ALL PICTURES AND INFO IN ONE EMAIL. DO NOT SEND MULTIPLE EMAILS.
