The need for extras for the week of August 1-5 have been announced for the Paramount+ streaming series TULSA KING has been announced. Filming is in Oklahoma City.
The series stars Sylvester Stallone, is created by Taylor Sheridan (Yellowstone, 1883, Mayor of Kingstown), with Terence Winter (Boardwalk Empire, Vinyl, The Sopranos) serving as show-runner. Joseph Incaprera (The Walking Dead, 13 Reasons Why, American Horror Story) is Co-executive producing the series for Paramount+.
TULSA KING is about 75-year-old mobster Dwight “The General” Manfredi (Stallone) who, after serving 25 years in prison for murder, is released home to New York, then unceremoniously banished by his former boss's son to set up shop in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The 10-episode Season 1 of the show is set to premiere November 13, 2022.
Pay for background performers is a guarantee of $100 for up to 10 hours of filming. Anything over 10 hours on a shoot day will incur overtime.
A free, pre-engagement COVID-19 test is required prior to filming, compensated at $36.36 for non-work days. Testing is in OKC and Tulsa. Those from far away can test locally with

BREAKDOWN OF UPCOMING EXTRAS
MONDAY, AUGUST 1
HARLEY DUDES - Males, 25-60, any ethnicity. Real Harley riders who can bring their bikes. Please include a photo of your Harley. This role will pay an extra $50 for the use of the parked bike on camera. These roles will likely be asked to return for other film days.
OTHER BIKER DUDES - Males, 25-65, any ethnicity. These rough and tumble bikers have other styles of street bikes, like Yamaha, Suzuki, Indian, Boss Hoss, Big Bear, etc. Please include a photo of your bike. This role will pay an extra $50 for the use of the parked bike on camera.
PARK GOERS - Males and females, 18-70, any ethnicity. They will be walking in the park. Their parked cars will be used in the scene, at the additional rate for $50. Please include a photo of your car (no white or red, please).
THURSDAY, AUGUST 4
ITALIAN GANGSTERS - Caucasian males, Italian looks, aged 25-60. Must look like wise guys.
GANGSTER WIVES - Caucasian females, Italian looks, aged 25-45. The pretty wives of the gangsters.
FAMILY GUESTS - Males and females, aged 25-70. These are guests at a family gathering.
OLDER GUESTS - Males and females, aged 70-85. They are guests at a family gathering.
TEENAGERS - Males and females, aged 18-22 to look younger. They will play high school students but all candidates must be over the age of 18.
WAIT STAFF - Males and females, any ethnicity. The wait staff at an Italian restaurant. All ethnicities encouraged to apply.
FRIDAY, AUGUST 5
SHOPPERS - Males and females, 35-70, any ethnicity. They shop at a yard sale.
YARD SALE SELLER - Female, 40-50, a very middle class suburbanite. Acting ability preferred.
PEDESTRIANS WITH CARS - These people walk the sidewalk as their car is parked on the street. This role is paid an additional $50 for the used of their parked car. No white or red. Please include a photo of your vehicle.
RODEO COWBOYS/COWGIRLS - Males and females, aged 18-45, who look like participants at the rode. They need to look like bull riders, calf ropers, barrel racers, etc. Please include a photo of your vehicle (car, truck, SUV), that you will bring to set. If your car is selected to be used on camera, you will be compensated an additional $50.
ATTENDEES WITH TRUCKS - Males and females, aged 18-80, any ethnicity. Fans at the rodeo. Must be able to bring a pickup truck to set, for an additonal $50. Please include photo of your truck.
