2023-2024 Vermont Town Clerk Directory

The hard work of compiling updated town information is underway, and the new Town Clerk Directory will be available soon!

As you are aware, CATIC as an organization has gone green, therefore we will not be printing the TCD this year. Instead, we have created a digital flipping book that will include updates in live time!

The TCD can also be accessed on our website and via the municipal app.

Final Policies

We acknowledge that the past couple of years have been incredibly busy and we appreciate your hard work and dedication to CATIC. We need your help in getting all policies 60 days and older issued to the Insureds and remitted to our Rocky Hill office.

We are bound to meet or exceed the expectations of our insureds, regulators and rating agencies. The expectation for timely remittance is consistent with the American Land Title Association and standard practices in the industry.

Please know that we are here to help. Please contact our office and we will offer solutions to expedite remittance issues. Common problems include missing discharges and post-closing update problems.

The Town of Isle La Motte is currently without a Town Clerk, Assistant Town Clerk or Treasurer. Please note that recording in the Land Records has been disrupted. Please call ahead before traveling there for Land Records research at 802-928-3434.

Client Education: How an Owner Title Insurance Policy Protects Their Ownership.

Since we live in a digital world, your first contact with prospective clients could be via email or it could be a client visiting your website. Studies show that the earlier in the process a buyer is informed about the importance of an Owner Policy and how it protects them, the more likely they are to purchase a policy. One option instead of mailing a hard copy to your client with your engagement letter is to send them a link in an email or to post a pamphlet on your website.
