WEEKLY PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS 3/15/21
The Pleasure of Listening
This Saturday is “World Storytelling Day,” a global celebration of oral storytelling as an art form. So, to honor this day, below are a couple of
AVA Gallery Mudroom oral performances we’ve dug out of the CATV video on-demand library. Hopefully this will inspire you to tell your own stories. We look forward to the day that we can gather to listen.
World Storytelling Day is March 20th.

CATV is your voice, your media, your community.
This Mudroom is filled with stories that are either guilty pleasures or embarrassing moments.

Yup, some of these local stories are pretty scary. The scary part is that they are real stories.
Author & talented illustrator Paul Madonna’s artist character has a personal mystery to unravel in a unique illustrated novel.
Rutland Free Library has a chat with physician and author Peter Hogenhamp and talks about his new book “The Vatican Conspiracy.”
One of our talented high school media makers helped us edit this video of Robert McCloskey’s well-loved classic “Make Way for Ducklings.”
“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside of you.”

Loving Your Favorite Non-profit
Are you a volunteer of a local non-profit because you are passionate about their mission? Do you want to host a show and talk about their good works or a recent initiative they are doing?

CATV created "A Closer Look," a virtual half hour show where as the show host you talk to your non-profit guest. Simply contact Chico at CATV (info@catv8.org or call 802.359.4705) to schedule filming a virtual show. CATV loves the Upper Valley's non-profit work! Ohh, we're a non-profit too!
