What is Your Spark?
What ignites your creativity? It’s a question that seems timely as we shake off our hibernation. Were you able to be creative over the winter while you were stuck indoors? Or does your creativity re-spark each spring with renewed energy and fresh thoughts? Either way, CATV is here for you if you want to share your creativity with the community.

CATV is your voice, your media, your community.
“Spark” is a fresh new UV community show series, a collaboration between CATV and talented host Amanda Rafuse, an UV arts maven who talks with inspired people living creative professional lives. In this episode, Amanda talks with local sculpture Heather Szczepiorkowski in an interesting conversation about her art.
CATV interviewed some kids at the Montshire Museum of Science a while back. Finally, voila! A fun “curiosity” show (although the kids are probably a few inches taller now.)
The CATV crew is thrilled to have S&S back. How cool is their research, and their willingness to tell us about it in approachable ways? This episode is about urban heat waves & health.
Spark host Amanda Rafuse talks with a teaching artist and photographer, AVA Gallery Education Manager Nick Gaffney.
Mr. Vincent’s Story Time reads “Berlioz The Bear “who plays on despite a persistent buzzing in his upright bass.
"This is the season of exquisite redemption, a slam-bang return to joy after a season of cold second thoughts."
--Barbara Kingsolver, novelist, essayist and poet
