I hope this email finds you well as we move through these final days of April as mask guidance changes for the, hopefully permanent, better.
Last night, as previewed in prior newsletters, our Permits & Licenses Committee met and reviewed threeapplications for on-premise liquor licenses. The next stop for these applications is our May 12th full board meeting.
While there are no more CB6 meetings this week, there are plenty of others in our always active community. Tonight, the Gowanus CAG meets, as does the 78th Precinct Community Council and CEC 15. Still, if you need more canal-related content, you should probably read as much as you can of the Gowanus Rezoning DEIS. Either way, you should check out the items below.
On that note, I’ll stop, tell you that Alternate Side Parking is suspended Thursday & Friday, get vaccinated, and enjoy the rest of your Tuesday.
P.S Please forgive any typos or brain freezes in the text as I get these updates out in haste at the end of the day, and if there is a community-centric item you think I should know aboutplease reach out.
