· A motion to support New York City opt back into compliance with New York State law that prohibits parking within 20 feet of an intersection, AKA “daylighting.”

B. LANDMARKS - David Briggs

229 Baltic Street- located in Cobble Hill Historic District.

• Recommendation to approve an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness that would allow for a one-over-one configuration for windows on the front façade with the condition that the proposal's details are more historically appropriate.

C. PERMITS & LICENSES- Mandi Spishak-Thomas

• Recommendations to approve new on-premises liquor licenses for the following locations: 532 Court St,446 Dean St,847 Union St,289 5th Ave
