Recommendations to approve applications for on-premises liquor licenses at the following locations:

• 238 Flatbush Avenue
• 500 Smith Street
• 521 Hicks Street
• 391-393 Van Brunt Street

B.LANDARKS

Motions to conditionally approve the following items:

• 404 Henry Street (Cobble Historic District)- Certificate of Appropriateness application to allow for the removal of the existing fire escape(it is not required in this location) and replace it with a balcony on the fourth floor.
• 214- 230 Court Street (Cobble Hill Historic District)- Application to allow facade repairs.

C. PARKS

• Recommendation to approve plans for the Old Stone House, which include making it ADA-compliant.
