A. PERMITS & LICENSES

Recommendations to approve on-premises liquor licenses for the following locations:

• 187 Columbia Street
• 238 Flatbush Avenue
• 500 Smith Street
• 521 Hicks Street
• 391-393 Van Brunt Street

B.LANDARKS

Motions are anticipated regarding the following items:

• 404 Henry Street (Cobble Historic District)- Certificate of Appropriateness application to allow for the remove the existing fire escape(it is not required in this location), and replace it with a balcony on the fourth floor.
• 214- 230 Court Street (Cobble Hill Historic District)- Application to allow facade repairs.
• 220 Court Street (Cobble Hill Historic District)- Application to allow for a rear yard extension.
• 345 Hoyt Street (Carroll Gardens Historic District)- Application to rebuild the wall facing the street and add new doors to the garage, build a roof deck on top of the garage, and make alterations to the side and front facades.

C. PARKS

• Recommendation to approve plans for the Old Stone House, which include making it ADA-compliant.
