Motions to approve applications for on-premises liquor licenses at the following locations:

• 149 7^th Street
• 44 & 46 Dwight Street

B. LANDMARKS/ LAND USE

Landmarks- David Briggs

• 467 Hicks Street (Cobble Hill Historic District)- Certificate of Appropriateness application to allow for a rear yard extension.
• 701 8th Avenue (Park Slope Historic District)- Certificate of Appropriateness application to allow for a rooftop playground at Saint Saviour Catholic Academy.

Land Use- Mark Shames

• 341 10th Street- Recommendation to conditionally disapprove ULURP application to rezone to allow reduction of parking requirements, building two buildings for commercial, community, and residential uses.
• 41 Richards Street- Recommendation to approve ULURP to rezone for a 7-story mixed-use development allowing for light manufacturing, commercial office space, and ground-floor retail uses.

C. PARKS & RECREATION- Marc Torrence

• Motion anticipated regarding NYC Parks department plans for Boerum Park.
