Actions anticipated regarding on-premises liquor licenses for the following locations:
- 305 Douglass Street
- 293 Van Brunt Street
B.LANDARKS/ LAND USE
Landmarks:
•28 Prospect Park West (Park Slope Historic Historic District)- Motion to conditionally approve Certificate of Appropriateness application to allow for an open parking space in an existing rear yard, a curb cut, a new gate, and repairs to the fence.
•487 Henry Street (Cobble Historic District)- Motion to conditionally approve Certificate of Appropriateness application to allow for a rear yard and rooftop extension.
Land Use:
•ULURP Red Hook Coastal Resiliency
Motion to conditionally approve The Department of Design and Construction, Department of Transportation, Department of Citywide Administrative Services, and Department of Parks and Recreation are seeking City Map amendments to regrade and elevate several streets and map new parkland to enlarge Todd Triangle Park, as well as acquisitions related to easements along private property, to facilitate a neighborhood-wide flood resiliency project in Red Hook.
