Network Capacity & Cohesion—featuring an update on implementation activities associated with CBC IPA's BHCC grant award via NYS Office of Mental Health, and an opportunity to join CBC Training Institute's clinical Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) Learning Community for PTSD via Gavin Farrell Foundation.
Care Transitions—reporting on initial enrollment and placement data for NYS Safe Options Support (SOS) Teams serving New Yorkers experiencing homelessness, as well as the launch of teams in Brooklyn & Queens staffed by Federation of Organizations.
Services For Children & Young Adults—highlighting Children's Committee activities, ranging from a prospective Pathway Home™ model for youth and families to an ongoing children and family services gap analysis of the network.
