What is ICF?

ICF/IDDs are a group residential setting, for health and rehabilitative services for individuals with developmental disabilities in a licensed residential setting. Services include ongoing evaluation (OT/PT), 24-hour supervision, behavior support, and integration of health/rehabilitative services to help individuals live their best health and fullest lives. ICF/IDDs also include meaningful day services, so the individual will have the option to attend a day program.

The Frederick Avenue Group Home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in Daytona Beach, close to the beachside shops and restaurants in the area. The Home currently has an open vacancy for a female.

Spring Street Group Home is located in Lake City, Florida, and has a large yard area with a screened in porch. The home is close to nearby parks and recreational activities, and has an open vacancy for a male.

107th Place Group Home is a six-bedroom home located in a friendly & quiet neighborhood near Summerfield and The Villages communities in Belleview, Florida. The Home currently has an open vacancy for a female.
