Breakfast with Santa Volunteer Sign Up
We need your help! Breakfast with Santa is an incredible event for not only our church family but the community as well. Please sign up to be a volunteer at Breakfast with Santa. The event is at both the Smithville and Bastrop campuses on December 3 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
December 3 - Breakfast with Santa
Come eat breakfast and get your picture taken with Santa. This is a free event open to the community at both the Bastrop and Smithville campuses from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. We will have bounce houses, crafts, cookies, and games. Invite your friends and family to join us to help kick off this Christmas season. Pick up a yard sign to help advertise this free event.
December 4 - Pink Robin Hood Blanket Collection
We are collecting blankets to be delivered to hospital patients during the holiday season. Please bring new blankets or throws and demonstrate God's love this Christmas season.
December 10 - Women at Calvary Christmas Ornament Crafting Party
Join us at the Bastrop Campus from 10:00 a.m. to noon to make Christmas ornaments! Keep an ornament for yourself and share one with someone else. We'll use these ornaments as a way to demonstrate God's love and declare the Good News in our community. We will be purchasing supplies so please register here to ensure we have enough ornament supplies. Register here.
December 11 - Children's Christmas Musical
Plan on joining us at 5:00 p.m. in the Large Auditorium of the Bastrop campus for a fantastic performance by our very own Kids@Calvary. A cookie reception will follow.
December 11 - Senior Adult Outreach and Community Give Back
Join us for cookies, coffee, and cocoa in the Fellowship Hall of the Bastrop Campus at 2:00 p.m.
December 14 - All Student Ministry Christmas Party
All students come hang out with us as we celebrate Christmas by playing games, eating lots of food, and watching a Christmas movie. 6:00 p.m. at the Bastrop Campus.
December 15 - Young Adult Christmas Party
Join us at the Matthewson's house for games and food around the campfire. 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please RSVP if you are able to come.
December 17 - Feliz Navidad with Calvario!
Everyone is invited to join Calvario for a night of Christmas Music and fellowship at 5:00 p.m. at the Bastrop Campus.
Lottie Moon Christmas Offering
An annual offering is collected by Southern Baptists to support international missions. 100% of your gift goes directly to missionaries in the field. This offering will be collected now through January 2. Visit the IMB website for more information.
Mission Outreach Opportunity
Our Missions Team has partnered with the Born Again Emporium in Smithville to provide volunteers to process donated items and help with sales. We have spots to fill for December 12, 14,16, and 17 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. If you are interested in helping, contact Diane Fauth for more information.
