CBHA CON 26 Vision:
This year's theme is Rising to the Moment: Steadfast in Values, Focused on the Future. Community Behavioral Healthcare, despite the considerable challenges to the system at the moment, must continue, with our values as a guide, to move into the future with progress and innovation.
A question we are asking our presenters to answer at CBHA CON 26 is,
How do we respond these challenging times, leveraging the conviction of our values to find and implement the innovation our industry needs to improve the lives of the most vulnerable people in Illinois?
We will be looking for engaging presentations that answer this question. Inspiring and practical solutions will be helpful to our membership which is currently faced with an uncertain Medicaid funding future. We welcome presentations focused on, but not limited to, innovative and emerging service models, clinical models for MH and SUD, CCBHCs, strategies for dealing with the workforce crisis, innovative use of IT within organizations, and overall proposals aimed at improving services and supports systemwide.
CBHA's membership includes behavioral healthcare providers such as CMHCs, BHCs, CCBHCs, FQHCs, Health Departments and Hospitals across the state of Illinois. Conference attendees are typically leadership of these provider types, both clinical and business/operations/financial-related.
