Happy One-year Gotcha Day Hans

Love at first sight is a beautiful thing, and it was exactly what happened when Dina laid eyes on Hans during his transport on February 3rd, 2024. Originally destined for another home, fate had other plans. After ensuring Hans's safe journey, Dina felt an undeniable connection and reached out, expressing her willingness to take him in if the other family couldn't keep him.

Fast forward to February 14th, 2024, and Hans officially joined Dina's loving home, marking the beginning of a heartwarming chapter filled with companionship and joy.

This touching story exemplifies the warmth and compassion that CBRR&R embodies, reminding us all of the unique bonds formed during the transportation process and the lives changed through timely interventions.

Help Vidalia with heartworm treatment

Sweet Vidalia was recently turned over to a shelter and sadly tested positive for heartworms. This gentle girl was used for breeding, but now it's time for her to receive the love and care she truly deserves.

The estimated cost of her heartworm treatment and spaying is $3,116, as quoted by the veterinarian.

Every donation makes a difference! Any funds raised beyond what is needed for Sweet Vidalia will go toward helping another Chesapeake Bay Retriever in need.
