San Diego Airport Support Facilities

CBSI is excited to partner with Sundt Construction as a member of the Design-Build team focusing on relocation management & FF&E. Sundt was awarded the $200 million design-build project to build a new Airport Support Facilities campus as well as a new Air Cargo Facility.

Our CBSI team will oversee all relocations of the Airport Support Facilities Management Department, FF&E procurement, delivery and installation.

Pathways Center Refresh Complete

CBSI completed Phase II of our work with Pathways Church managing the refresh of their 45,000 square foot commercial property which houses the church and multiple tenants. The project included management of a new standing seam roof, paint, Ipe wood facade installation, and new LED signage.
