Dear Friends,


Thank you for registering for High Holy Day services! Rosh Hashanah begins this Friday evening, September 15 with Evening I Ma'ariv at 6:30 p.m. EDT.


If you registered for online services:


  • You will receive the livestream link via email this Thursday, September 14 by 5 p.m. EDT.
  • This link will be the same for all the Main Services of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
  • Families with Children services taking place at CBST are livestreamed via a different link, which will be sent specifically to Families with Children service registrants. 


If you registered for in-person services:


QR Code Tickets


  • If you are registered for Rosh Hashanah, you will receive an email this Thursday, September 14 by 5 p.m. EDT with a unique QR code that will serve as your ticket for attending.
  • You will receive a separate QR code for each service you registered for (Rosh Hashanah Evening I, Day I, Eve II, Day II).
  • Hold on to these emails and be ready to present them at the door when you arrive, either with your phone or device, or print and bring a paper copy of the code(s) to be scanned by CBST staff at check-in.
  • Other guests in your party who were registered on the same form with a valid email address will also receive the group’s ticket(s) via email.
  • Your QR code email will also contain the livestream info, should you or one of your guests be unable to attend in person. 
  • QR Code Tickets for Kol Nidre and Yom Kippur will be sent out next Friday, September 22 by 5:00 p.m. EDT.


Locations


  • CBST Main Services for Rosh Hashanah will take place at Masonic Hall at 46 West 24th Street (at 6th Avenue), with an accessible entrance at 71 West 23rd Street.


Yom Kippur services will take place at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, 429 11th Avenue (at 35th Street).


  • Families with Children Services run concurrently at CBST, 130 West 30th Street, for children accompanied by their grownups. These are not drop-off services; children must attend with adult supervision.


Timing


  • Services begin promptly at their start times. Doors will open 45 minutes prior to service start times. Please allow extra time for check-in. 
  • Seating is first-come, first served. Seats will not be held for late arrivals.

  • There will be no coat or bag checks available. Please refrain from bringing bags and large items. All bags are subject to inspection.
