"We know our obligation to not only speak up, but to remove obstacles. We see the racism in this country, the attacks on this earth. This is our challenge of the moment. This is the challenge we have been born to address. We must not give up. No one can do everything, but every single one of us can do something."

This introspective setting of Achat Sha’alti (Psalm 27) by Wald & Mendelowitz comes from the Chasidic tradition. "One thing I ask, only this do I seek; to dwell in your house, all the days of my life, to behold your loveliness, in the light of your temple dawn." A fervent prayer for peace follows—one of CBST's most beloved melodies set by Debbie Friedman.
