Solo Aging empowers CBST members age 55+, who may be anticipating “aging solo,” by fostering diverse meaningful relationships, accessing and sharing important resources, and thinking strategically about the future. The group will be led by Judy Ribnick, LCSW, Director of Aging Together at CBST, along with guest speakers. Come learn, share and feel more confident in your ability to “fly solo!”

This program is for CBST members. Interested in learning about CBST membership? Click here or email Ruth at [email protected].

Questions? Contact Judy Ribnick at [email protected] or (917) 310-4656.

Sign up for Emet Team updates here or contact [email protected] for more info. Emet meets on the first Thursday of each month to learn together with Ze'evi Berman (they/them or ze/zem/zer), CBST’s Guest Cantorial Student, and Ariel Zitny (he/they) Convening Director.

Zoom info will be sent to Emet members and mailing list signups the day of the event.
