Solo Aging empowers CBST members age 55+, who may be anticipating “aging solo,” by fostering diverse meaningful relationships, accessing and sharing important resources, and thinking strategically about the future. The group will be led by Judy Ribnick, LCSW, Director of Aging Together at CBST, along with guest speakers. Come learn, share and feel more confident in your ability to “fly solo!”

Twice-a-month sessions include t'fillah (prayer), Hebrew instruction, and exploration of Jewish texts and core values, brought to life through art, drama, music, Jewish culture, and LGBTQ+ values. CBST maintains space (currently online!) for transgender, non-binary, gender non-conforming, and gender-expansive people to build community and engage politically at CBST. Emet welcomes people who are questioning.
