The Community Church Mid - January, 2021
"Life is amazing. And then it's awful. And then it's amazing again. And in between the amazing and the awful it's ordinary and mundane and routine. Breathe in the amazing, hold on through the awful, and relax and exhale through the ordinary. That's just a heartbreaking, soul-healing, amazing, awful, ordinary life. And it's breathtakingly beautiful." L.R. Knost

Space @ Gorton!
* * * * *
We are fortunate to lease space at the Gorton Community Center in Lake Forest. While the 2nd floor room was originally rented for use as meeting space for a range of activities such as meditation and study groups, it is now used primarily as a study and office.
Recently, we were made aware that two office spaces at Gorton - one on each side of our office - are available to rent for local organizations. And, there's a third space soon available down the hall, too. If you are part of an non-profit / organization in need of really nice space (between 590 & 690 sq. ft.) at a fair price, contact Krista @ Gorton 847 810 4100.
Virtual MountainFilm 2021 sponsored by Gorton, the Butler Family Foundation, Open Lands and the Community Church is on its way! Stay tuned for detail coming next week!
