We Need Your Box Tops
Staff/Teacher Feature
Sadie Jesienouski was born and raised in Colorado. She attended many different schools, but graduated from Bear Creek High School. Sadie obtained her Associates of Arts degree and enjoyed many classes in Early Childhood Education.

Sadie started at CCA in 2011 as the Lunchroom Supervisor. She then made a transition into the position of Reading Aide, Traffic Supervisor, Safety Coordinator and Soccer coach. She loves her job at CCA!

When Sadie is not at CCA she is living her life as a single mom to her amazing children Kaylee and Marek and their 3 cats and 1 dog. Kaylee is in 8th grade and Marek is in 6th grade at their neighborhood school. Their life is consumed with soccer but when its not they are off enjoying life together.
Hello, I am Amy Larson. It is my privilege to run the Cherry Creek Academy Library. I bring about 17 years of library experience to the job, including 6 years as the Librarian at CCA. Eleven years were in the public sector as a Children’s Reference Librarian, Head Circulation Assistant, and Materials Processor.

The best part of being the CCA Librarian is sharing that love of literature with you and your children. Favorite books include Jane Eyre , a romance for the ages where beauty comes from the soul and genuine, stalwart spirits unite despite adversity.

Other interests include my lovely family, antique collecting and board games. One game I love to play is Pandemic .
Thank you CCA parents, teachers and students for helping to maintain and improve the CCA Library collection through the Scholastic Book Fair. CCA net profits were $6,179. Total gross sales were an amazing $11,450. Your dollars actively provide CCA students with tools for success.
The Scholastic Book Fair is a monumental undertaking that is only successful because of its CCA volunteers. Thank you, friends, for your dedication and assistance. Special thanks go out to Elizabeth Wyatt, Book Fair Coordinator.

Sincerely, Amy Larson, CCA Librarian
