There will be a Management & Monitoring Session along with a Developer / Equity Panels and a robust discussion of whether imposing "skilled and trained workforce" on affordable housing developments is an impossibility and would merely aggravate and reduce the production of affordable housing in a significant number of cities and counties throughout California. That is why CCAH opposes SB 5 that proposes $6.5 billion in bond funds for affordable housings unless amended to remove this "impossibility".
