April 2021 Monthly Minutes
What is Happening at CCAoNH?
Hello Providers,
Spring has officially sprung! We hope you have been able to make it outside and take advantage of these warmer days. In the month of April, we are continuing to offer ongoing professional development opportunities, supporting Providers with the new database and gearing up for the Summer months. Child Care Aware of NH, powered by Southern New Hampshire Services wants to thank all of those who have attended our virtual special events this past year and completed their evaluations. These evaluations inform us of what Child Care Providers around the State would like to see in the annual training calendar. We are in the midst of planning for next year’s professional development opportunities and special events.

The Training and TA Specialists continue to support providers in 2021. We are continuing to offer our Early Childhood Focused Collaboratives and beginning to think about topics for next year. Our Training and TA Specialists are offering Virtual TA Cohorts on a variety of State Initiatives. We have many Trainings left to offer including those found in the NH Professional Registry and Eventbrite. The Progressive Training and TA Program has open enrollment. Feel free to apply at any time! See below for more details about all of our professional development opportunities.
The Child Care Resource and Referral Outreach Specialists are offering ongoing support to program administrators and providers with Program Profile Access in the new NH Connections Information System. They are also helping Provider’s update their program’s information in order to offer the most accurate information to families. Along those lines, the Outreach Specialists continue to provide referrals to families seeking child care and helping families with remote learning options.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for everything you do for families and children. We hope that you enjoy this month's edition of Monthly Minutes.
