The study presents valuable methods and measures used by 15 states to start new community college baccalaureate programs and five recommendations.

The CCBA, with the support of ECMC Foundation, is accepting applications now through May 30 for its fourth generation of innovative and effective practices. Finalists will be included in CCBA's Promising Practices Searchable Database, recognized during the 2026 CCBA National Conference in Long Beach, CA and earn conference break-out session priority.
