Coming up tomorrow (Wednesday, May 20th) at 3pm EDT on Zoom, Raine McKay, Executive Director of CCBC, will be participating in a webinar organized by the Art Gallery of York University in Toronto. Titled "
Cultural Policies meet Pandemic Follies: The CERB and Independent Artists
", the panel will be moderated by AGYU's Assistant Curator, Michael Miranda. Raine will join three other panellists: Jessa Aglio from ArtsPond/Ilostmygig.ca, Kelly Hill from Hill Strategies, and scholar/activist Konstantin Kilibarda. The panel will focus on the difficulties in bridging the emergency programming developed in the wake of the pandemic with the realities of individual arts practice.
