Non-profit Leadership

Senior Alivia Tevis has been named to the Advisory Committee of Water 4 Mercy's Board of Directors. A member of the CCC Water 4 Mercy Service Chapter since her freshman year and a member of its leadership committee for three years, Alivia has played critical roles in orchestrating and volunteering for CCC's Water 4 Mercy fundraising campaigns. She hopes to employ the help of other schools in the area to bring greater attention to Water 4 Mercy’s cause. Alivia is dedicated to inspiring her peers to make a difference in the world.

Water 4 Mercy, a global non-profit organization founded by CCC alumna Samantha Rubin '15 and her mother Nermine, brings sustainable clean water and agricultural solutions to remote villages in Africa.

IB & AP Scores

IB scores for the May 2023 session are available to students with their login codes at candidates.ibo.org. Need your login information? Students/graduates may email Mr. Hamacher to request it. Parents may not receive codes for students who are 18 and older.

May 2023 AP scores are also available to students at apstudents.collegeboard.org. You will need your College Board login information to access these scores. If you cannot locate this information you must contact College Board directly as CCC does not have your sign-in info.

For both IB and AP, CCC is not able to provide scores. Students must check on their own.

IB Exam Rescore and Retake

With IB scores available to students, there may be questions about the possibility of having exams rescored, or even re-taken, in order to earn a higher score. If you are interested in either of these two options, please contact Mr. Hamacher at [email protected].

The deadline to request a rescore of an IB exam is Sept. 15, 2023. The deadline to request a re-take of an IB exam in November is July 29, 2023. More detailed information, plus a list of the costs, will be sent to you upon request.

Please note that all rescore or retake requests must come from the student, not the parent.

Required Athletic Forms

State law requires all student-athletes to have current sports physicals (this is different from the school physical form) and consent forms on file before a student may practice, tryout or play in a sport. This includes summer conditioning. These must be on the FHSAA issued forms. No other forms are accepted.

PRIOR to participation, the FHSAA EL2 (Physical Evaluation) form must be uploaded AND the EL3 (Consent and Release from Liability) form must be digitally signed on AthleticClearance.com. Forms can be accessed by clicking on the links below.

FHSAA Physical Form

Download and present this form to the physician at the time of the physical.

FHSAA Consent & Release from Liability Form

Email Ryan Mueller with account questions.

**DO NOT SEND THE SPORTS PHYSICAL TO CCC, AS WE CANNOT UPLOAD TO ATHLETIC CLEARANCE ON YOUR BEHALF.**

All readers should pay close attention to the historical context, global issues, and specific literary features in the novel (theme, characterization, symbols, important quotes). As you read, identify and record these items as annotations (either directly in a hard copy or using comment features or a digital copy) as you read.

Please note that all students are required to acquire their own texts.

Required Forms for New Students

All NEW CCC students (transfers + incoming freshmen) must send in their remaining school registration forms asap, INCLUDING:

  • FL Department of Health school entry form + immunization records DATED 6/1/2023 or later! This is DIFFERENT from the FHSAA athletic clearance form.
  • Copy of EITHER a birth certificate OR passport (cannot be expired) for the student

Send all of the above items to [email protected] and include your child's name in the subject line.

*Please note this does not apply to returning CCC students, for whom we already have these forms.

COURAGEOUSLY LIVING THE GOSPEL

Loving and just God, you call all peoples to live as brothers and sisters, regardless of their culture, their language, or the color of their skin. Forgive us for the times we have failed, and give us your grace to overcome the evil of racism so that our hearts may become free of all prejudice and animosity. We ask this through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
