Welcome to the October issue of CCC Technology for Student Success News featuring updates on the latest progress of the Online Education Initiative (OEI), Common Assessment Initiative (CAI) and Education Planning Initiative (EPI).
Starting this fall, California Community Colleges (CCC) students will be able to easily cross-register for online courses offered at eight colleges through a course exchange system designed by the CCC Online Education Initiative (OEI).
After careful consideration, the launch of CCCAssess, the online tool being developed by the California Community Colleges (CCC) Common Assessment Initiative (CAI), is delayed, pending additional validation tests.
Through development of innovative tools, such as the CCC MyPath Student Services Portal, the California Community Colleges (CCC)
Education Planning Initiative (EPI) is assisting colleges with helping students clarify short- and long-term goals.
