For those of you who know me, Leadership is important to me. I strongly believe this quote by Travis Smiley... "To lead people you have to love people. To save people you have to serve people." Each day in your role you serve.

CCCAOE's Leadership Academy Level 1.0 is all about YOU developing and nurturing the leader in you. You are a leader no matter your title. You have the potential and ability to influence those you serve.

Join us on this journey.

Hope to see you next week as Leadership kicks off on Wednesday, April 14 at 1:00 pm.

TESTIMONIALS
From 2020's Virtual LEVEL 1.0

“You did it! An engaging virtual Leadership Academy!”

“Leaders come from all walks of life and perspectives and our ideas for change may vary but the “why” was united in our group. I gained an insight into the methodology of leading and understanding the technical and behavioral components have to align in order to have a good balance in our organization of being smart and healthy.”

“I am inspired to lead in new ways and also model this so change can come to my work environment.”

“Love the small group breakout sessions and time to discuss and hear the main general session’s feedback and responses. Good variety of activities to keep us engaged. Met some good people at other colleges who are developing their leadership skills also.”

“Very interactive activities. I appreciate Mike’s energy and enthusiasm. Loved the like-minded people I got paired with in the breakout sessions. They are a true representation of people who want to make a difference in education/world.”
