Hello, SYEP 2023 Worksite Partners,

We'd like to thank you for your continued partnership! We appreciate all of your efforts over the last few months.

We have assigned youth to begin working with you this summer 2023! You can identify those Emerging Professionals assigned to you in two ways:
  1. Logging into the Worksite Portal - http://worksiteportal.yepsonline.org/
  2. Worksite Referral submitted to you by the Emerging Professional on their first day.

Below you can find the Worksite Portal Training Video which goes over how to access and navigate the platform. You'll use this portal to review and approve your Emerging Leaders hours each week.
You'll need to review and approve hours each Monday by Noon in accordance with the schedule listed below.
  1. July 10th
  2. July 17th
  3. July 24th
  4. July 31st
  5. August 7th
  6. August 14th
  7. August 21st

*If you are starting Cohort B, July 10th - you'll begin your hours review on July 17th

We also added a few more resources for you as you prepare to welcome our Emerging Professionals to your team this summer!
Starting Monday, July 10th a member of our team will be assigned to you for SYEP 2023. They will be your main point of contact throughout the summer, visit you weekly to conduct Worksite Assessments and available to troubleshoot any concerns on site.
