By now, I’m sure you’ve seen that Donald Trump has chosen Ohio Senator J.D. Vance as his running mate. Ohioans know the kind of man J.D. Vance is. He’s a man who, in less than a decade, went from calling Donald Trump “America’s Hitler” to becoming merely another mouthpiece for Trump’s destructive MAGA agenda.

When people show you who they really are- believe them.

Vance is a man who wants battered women forced to stay in abusive marriages, and victims of rape forced to carry their rapist’s child. Believe that he did not honor the results of the 2020 Presidential election and supported the Capital insurrectionists of January 6th. Believe that Vance will help Donald Trump gain immunity in the face of multiple criminal charges. And that he and MAGA sympathizers will seek to ban books, attack the LGBTG+ community, destroy the economy, and dismantle our democracy.

J.D. Vance’s vision of America will set the country back centuries. Stopping him starts here, in Cuyahoga County.
