CCDPH easing mitigation measures
The Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH) recently issued COVID-19 Mitigation Order 2021-4, which increases capacity limits in Cook County bars, restaurants and event spaces to the lesser of 40% or 50 people. The new order also stresses the importance of anyone older than two wearing a mask in public places.

“We are encouraged by the progress made in the metrics, but we must continue to protect the safety and health of Cook County residents and wear masks, watch our distance and wash our hands,” CCDPH Senior Medical Officer and Co-Lead Dr. Rachel Rubin said.

For more information, please see the CCDPH news release.
