Mark Your Calendar for CCEH's Talent Show and After Party

Join us on October 1st at the Bank of New Hampshire Stage

Don't miss the CCEH Talent Show on Saturday, October 1st at the Bank of New Hampshire Stage. New this year is the exclusive After Party! One ticket will get you in to see the amazing acts in the Talent Show AND attend the After Party. Tickets will be available through the Capitol Center for the Arts starting September 1st; with only 300 tickets available, the event is expected to sell out so don't delay!

Doors open at 5:00pm for the Talent Show, which starts at 5:30pm. You'll be dazzled by the performances of six unique local acts that have made it through the elimination rounds and who are ready to be judged by hometown celebrities. According to Greg Lessard, CCEH's Director of Housing Initiatives and Chair of the Talent Show Committee, "The energy that fills the building during the Talent Show is just phenomenal. At the end of the show, no one wants to leave!"

With that in mind, for the first time, CCEH will also host a Talent Show After Party from 6:30-9pm at the BNH Stage. The After Party will likely be Concord's most talked-about party of the year. Guests will include a who's who of Concord and beyond. The After Party promises to provide the perfect mix of great music, food, and friends. All guests will be rockin' to the nostalgic Doo Wop music performed by the Rockin' Daddios, followed by the energetic sounds of the 10-piece band The Blues Brothers, Next Generation. Guests will enjoy complimentary food and a cash bar will also be available.

If you miss out on buying tickets to the show, the Talent Show will be live streamed on the CCEH website and on Concord TV's Public Access Channel 22 (available to Comcast customers in Concord). Watching the show virtually is free, but please consider making a donation to the Talent Show Fundraiser on our website and help us end homelessness in Concord.

Seeking Business Sponsors

CCEH hopes to raise $50,000 at our Talent Show event, with all proceeds going to support our work ending homelessness in the greater Concord community.

We are seeking the help of people from Concord's many and diverse professions and industries to stand with us in the belief that homelessness in Concord will end only when the entire community is engaged.

Please consider joining our growing group of Talent Show event sponsors and help CCEH realize the vision of a community where everyone has a safe, decent, stable, and affordable place to live.

Landlord Incentive Program

CCEH is working with numerous individuals who have a rental housing voucher but who are struggling to find a landlord who will accept it. Our Landlord Incentive Program provides a package of benefits to help address and overcome the primary hesitations landlords may have in providing a home for our clients.

Presenting CCEH's Golden Gourmet Food Basket Award to Wilcox & Barton

The Golden Gourmet Food Basket Award is a symbolic way that CCEH shows our deep gratitude to individuals and organizations who contribute significant volunteer expertise and energy toward the mission of CCEH.

Wilcox & Barton have demonstrated a deep level of commitment and generosity to CCEH, as both a Premier Pillar of Support and as an Arch of Support for several years. This year, however, the Wilcox & Barton team have gone above and beyond in their support of our 2022 Bluegrass BBQ event, becoming the first ever Presenting Sponsor of any CCEH event.

2022 Residential Rental Cost Survey Report Released

New Hampshire Housing’s annual statewide survey of market-rate apartments provides a comprehensive view of the Granite State’s rental market.

The 2022 Residential Rental Cost Survey gathered responses from the owners of 21,385 market-rate (unsubsidized) rental housing units, or 14% of all units statewide. The survey results reflect a continuation of a theme that is of great concern to residents, business owners, and public officials in the state: there is a high demand for apartments, a very limited supply, a low vacancy rate, and pressure on affordability.
